How do we collect and store it?
We collect personal information directly from you: when you fill in the enquiry form on this website, email or call us, message us on Facebook, or talk to us on site. Sometimes a builder, engineer or property manager gives us your details so we can contact you about a job.
Enquiries sent through our website form are delivered to our business email by a service called Web3Forms. We keep enquiry emails and job records in our business email and records systems, which are protected by passwords and only accessed by people who need them to do their work. We keep records for as long as we need them for the job, and for any period the law requires (for example, tax records), then delete them.
Our website doesn't use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and doesn't build a profile of you.

Yes, it's likely. The services behind our website are run by overseas companies:
Web3Forms, which delivers website enquiries to our inbox, stores and processes form submissions outside Australia (we understand primarily in the United States).
Cloudflare, which hosts this website, is based in the United States and runs servers in many countries, so visit data may be processed in any of them.
Sanity, which stores the project photos shown on this website, is based in the United States. When you view those photos, your browser connects to Sanity's servers, which see basic technical information such as your IP address.
How can I see or correct my information?
You can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it, at any time. Email projects@perthunderpinning.com.au or call 0456 789 179. We'll respond within 30 days. There's no charge. If we can't give you access for a legal reason, we'll tell you why.
How do I make a privacy complaint?
