Voids & sinkholes
Underground voids and sinkholes can be filled with grout and the surrounding ground treated.

Understanding the problem
What you need to know.
Spaces you can't easily reach
Underground voids and cavities are often difficult to access without major excavation. Grout can be pumped into these spaces, where it hardens in place and fills them.
How grout injection can help
For a sinkhole, the void beneath the affected area is filled with grout and the surrounding ground is treated to help stabilise it.
Grout can often be injected through small access points. Some drilling, removal of paving or localised digging may still be required, depending on access and the treatment area.
Fixing the cause, not just the symptom
Long-term performance depends on the cause of the original problem. Issues such as leaking pipes or poor drainage may need to be addressed alongside any grout injection work.
